Swing.bio® comes from a variety that is one of the oldest in the world. This variety is 100% grown using organic agriculture and produced exclusively in France. Naturally resistant to biological pests, it is perfect for organic agriculture production. Its flesh is fragrant, crisp and juicy. Its long storage life is another undeniable asset: it keeps very well and can thus be marketed from November to June.
JAZZ™: THE APPLE WITH CHARACTER
Jazz™ is like no other variety and not without reason is it called “The Apple with Character”. A natural hybrid of two emblematic varieties, Royal Gala and Braeburn, Jazz™ has inherited the sweet character of Gala and the tartness of Braeburn. Apart from its unusual taste, its exceptional long life is another of the variety’s undeniable assets. It can be kept for six weeks without losing its taste qualities and its firmness. In 2019, all farms and holdings in France producing Jazz™ apples were certified “High Environmental Value”, level 3.

Rubis Gold® is a collective initiative of French producers who fell in love with this variety of apple.
